Arrive a few minutes early so there’s time to talk through what’s going on before you’re on the table. Your therapist will ask about problem areas, pressure and anything to avoid, and will check in as the session goes.

You undress to your comfort level and stay draped throughout. Say something at any point if the pressure isn’t right — adjusting it is expected, not awkward.

When you book, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments keep us from seeing other clients. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Without that notice, a missed appointment is charged at the full cost of the treatment as booked. If an emergency comes up, tell us — sudden illness and family emergencies are handled case by case.

Available for any amount and delivered by email, so they work as a last-minute gift.
