Meet the Team
Jen
Owner | Licensed Massage Therapist
With more than 25 years of experience as a CFO and Chief of Staff of a family-owned business, Jen understands firsthand the physical and mental demands that come with balancing work, responsibility, and everyday life. After a decade of practicing massage therapy alongside her corporate career, she made the decision to follow her passion full time and dedicate her work to helping others feel and function at their best. She graduated from Cedar Stone School of Massage, where her education was rooted in Native American Stone Medicine. That foundation taught her to look beyond symptoms and consider the body as an interconnected system, recognizing that true healing happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to relax and restore. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every session begins by listening to your goals, your concerns, and what your body is communicating. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply taking time to care for yourself, each massage is thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs. She believes massage is more than muscle work. It’s an opportunity to reconnect the mind and body, calm the nervous system, and create space for healing. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling not only better physically, but also more balanced, grounded, and connected to themselves.
Nicole
Licensed Massage Therapist
Nicole graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2004. As a military spouse, she has had the opportunity to work and learn in a variety of settings across multiple states. With over two decades of hands-on experience, she has developed a deeply intuitive approach to therapeutic touch – helping clients relax, release tension, and find lasting relief from chronic pain. Her goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where healing and relaxation go hand in hand.
Nicole is also the proud mother of two daughters, the youngest of whom is severely to profoundly deaf. She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, soap-making, and getting lost in a good book.
